In my 15 years of being a money coach and a Certified Financial Recovery Counselor, I’ve been privileged to work with hundreds of professional women on their earning issues. I’ve even written a book on this complex subject. And I know that when we earn at our potential, we prove to ourselves that we are in control of our lives. There is nothing that compares to the feeling of self-confidence and self reliance that making money provides us!

So—I have designed this one day retreat—for 12 amazing women only— to explore the psychology of why we may be underselling ourselves, as well as open us up to the possibility of earning more money and discussing how to do it!!!

We will be doing guided meditations, journal writing and a lot of sharing, besides learn a lot. And we will be creating action plans. This will be an amazing day, where you can devote yourself to opening up to greater abundance in your life.

AND yes, it may be possible to work smarter, and not necessarily harder. Be prepared to be surprised and leave motivated to earn more!

Countless professional women undersell themselves in many surprising ways, and are frustrated that their desire to make more doesn’t translate into more money. And I believe that you cannot change what you are not aware of. So we will explore both the psychology of “underearning”, as well as look at how to open up to more.

  • Identify your own history of underearning
  • Explore what may be behind why you’ve undersold yourself (you will likely be surprised)
  • Explore how perfectionism may be holding down your earnings
  • Grapple with your inner “good girl” and learn how to keep her from hurting your bottom line…
  • Examine how the money fog impacts your ability to set goals
  • Identify what “enough” means to you
  • Learn concrete ideas and skills to increase your income
  • Open up to greater abundance and focus on earning more!
